MYSTERY PIE 
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. sugar
25 to 30 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream, whipped (or carton Cool Whip)
3 tsp. instant sweetened chocolate mix
1/2 c. coconut (to be sprinkled on pie)

Combine all ingredients, except whipped cream and chocolate mix. Bake in pie plate at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or so. Chill. Combine whipped cream (or Cool Whip) and chocolate mix. Spread on pie. Sprinkle coconut on pie.
