MYSTERY PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
20 crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. pecans

Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Sift sugar and baking powder; put into egg white mixture. Beat yolks until thick and add to the egg whites. Add the remaining ingredients as they are listed. Pour into buttered pie pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

Cool and cover with whipped cream. Chill in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours before serving. This pie forms its own crust.
