MYSTERY PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hi Ho crackers
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar and crackers. Add vanilla and baking powder.

Bake in ungreased pie pan 375°F for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and top with whipped cream. Let stand in refrigerator 12 hours and serve. Sprinkle with pecans, if desired.

Note: Better than pecan pie and pretty enough to serve at a wedding.
