POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 pkg. Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix 1 sm. pkg. instant coconut pudding 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs, well beaten 1 c. hot water 1/3 c. poppy seeds 1 tbsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients, except water and beat well. Then pour in hot water and beat well. Pour into two pans, 2" x 3 1/2" x 7". Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let cool in pan. Wrap in foil. May be frozen. |
