BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli cut into bite size pieces
1 c. raisins
10 or 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 med. size onion chopped
1/2 c. salted peanuts or walnuts
Mix all together and chill overnight to absorb flavor. 2 or 3 hours before serving, toss with dressing.

DRESSING: 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sugar, more to taste 1/2 c. cider vinegar Salt 7 pepper
