BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head fresh broccoli, chopped (mainly the flowerets and sm. stems)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 c. raisins
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
9-12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar

Mix together dressing ingredients. Mix broccoli, onions, raisins, nuts and bacon together. Pour dressing over and blend. Best if done night before.
