BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. broccoli, cut into sm. flowerettes
6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 red onion, chopped fine
1/2 - 3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans

DRESSING:

1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tbsp. red wine vinegar (or more if needed) - taste

Mix ingredients with dressing and refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving. Stir before serving.
