MINIATURE DRUMSTICKS 
20 chicken wings (3 lbs.)
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. cooking sherry
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Break off tips of chicken wings. Cut each wing in half at joint so you are left with what looks like small drumsticks. Fry in hot oil about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
