BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (cooked until tender)
2 eggs, beaten
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Beat eggs, mix in soup, mayonnaise, onion and cheese. Stir in broccoli. Pour in casserole dish.

1 stack of Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick melted butter

Stir melted butter and crushed crackers together. Spread over top of broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
