3-4 big potatoes, unpeeled
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. butter
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick. In bottom of casserole, put water and melted butter. Add dry onion soup mix. Add sliced potatoes, coating each with sauce. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
