BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lbs. broccoli
1/2 lb. shrimp (cooked)
1/2 lb. crab (can use imitation if desired)
3 celery stalks
4 green onions
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
1 lg. handful fresh bean sprouts

Blanch broccoli and cool. Chop green onions and celery to desired consistency. Drain water chestnuts. Toss all ingredients together with the following dressing.

DRESSING:2 tbsp. dill weed
Dash of salt and dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix together and toss with above ingredients. This is Beth's favorite recipe because of all the good, wholesome veggies.
