STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) tub soft strawberry cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust

Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread into crust. Refrigerate 2 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
