ALLANA'S ZESTY HALIBUT | |
2 lbs Halibut 1 box Shake n'Bake ( Extra Crispy) or your choice 1 cup (250 gr) Greek Yogurt 3 egg whites ( lightly beaten) 2 tbsp. Greek Clubhouse Seasoning 1 Large Lemon 1/2 cup (125 gr.) mozzarella cheese Mix yogurt , greek seasoning and juice from one large lemon in a bowl. Cut halibut into individual pieces. Dip in egg whites coat with Shake n Bake and place on prepared broiler pan. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Remove from oven allow to cool. Once cool, generously brush the sauce on top of fish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and broil until cheese has melted. Serve immediately with garnishes of your choice.
