1 box white or yellow cake mix (cheapest you can find)
3 eggs, divided
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together cake mix, 1 egg, butter and pecans. Pat into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch cake pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over cake mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
