WALDORF SALAD 
2 eating apples, washed and cubed with the skin on
1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 stalk of celery
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. yogurt
Dash of nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve as a luncheon salad with whole wheat bread or as a side salad with roast pork or ham.
