5 or 6 med. potatoes
1/2 stick butter
Seasoning pkt. from noodles pkg.
1 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 onion, diced

Peel potatoes and cook until nearly done. Cook noodles according to package directions but do not use seasoning package. Drain noodles when done. Melt butter in frying pan. Add noodles and potatoes. Mash the potatoes as you turn them and the noodles. Mix in the diced onions and seasoning packet from Ramen noodles. Let fry until nicely browned. Turn and fry other side.
