NECTARINE BLUEBERRY PIE 
6 c. sliced nectarines
1 box frozen blueberries
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cardamom
3-4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 double pie crust

Combine sour cream, salt, cardamom, cornstarch, and sugar. Add sliced nectarines and blend gently. Then fold in blueberries and put into pie shell, top with other pie crust and cut vents. Sprinkle top of pie crust with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes.
