AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1 lb. sour cream
3/4 lb. grated cheese
2 finely chopped onions
10 lbs. potatoes, sliced thin

14-inch Dutch oven. Peel potatoes and slice thin. Keep in pan of water to keep from turning brown while slicing. Place potatoes in Dutch oven with rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees.
