3/4 c. onion
3/4 c. green onion
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. red bell pepper
1/4 c. green bell pepper
3/4 lb. turkey sausage or reg.
2 lbs. ground turkey or beef
2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Cook all vegetables in butter until dry. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add vegetables to meat mixture. Make into two loaves. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Freeze second loaf for another meal.
