STUFFED EGGS 
12 boiled eggs
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 or 2 tbsp. mayonnaise to moisten
Salt and pepper to taste

Divide boiled eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolk, set aside halves. Mash yolks thoroughly and add relish, mayonnaise and seasonings. Place a teaspoon of mixture in the center of each half you have previously set aside. You may use a cake decorating tube and curl tip to decorate the halves with mixture. Yields: 24 halves.
