QUICK PASTA BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. Orzo-47 pasta
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts or fresh

Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot butter until tender, but not browned. Add water and bouillon cubes and bring to a boil. Stir in pasta; simmer 5 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer 5 minutes longer or until broccoli is tender. Serves 6.
