PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
1 lg. box lg. shell noodles
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli cuts
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 sticks of butter
6 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 sm. can grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Combine with uncooked broccoli. Melt butter. Saute garlic in butter until tender. Combine soup and half & half. Mix with butter/garlic mixture in a large saucepan. Bring to slow boil, stirring constantly.

Mix sauce with noodle/broccoli mixture and stir until well covered.

Turn into large casserole dish. Cover top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Note: This recipe can be easily cut down.
