Cut jalapeno peppers in half and remove seeds. Freeze on a cookie sheet. Take out a few at a time and fill with cream cheese which has been seasoned with garlic powder. Freeze again.
Take out a few at a time and dip in egg (2 or 3 eggs beaten with a little water), then roll in cracker meal. Bake in eggs again, then roll in cracker meal again. Freeze again.
When frozen, put in freezer bag until ready to fry. Fry a few at a time in deep oil until brown. It doesn't take long.
Only take out a dozen at a time, as they will thaw out.
