TOFFEE COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Graham crackers
Chopped nuts

Boil butter and brown sugar together 4 minutes. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Cover bottom with whole graham crackers. Spread mixture over crackers. Sprinkle with nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool a little and then turn over and break into pieces by hand by cracker sections - do not cut.
