POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled, diced bite size
8 eggs, hard boiled and diced
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 jar Fanny's bread and butter pickles, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. wine vinegar
4 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise (more, if desired)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together, chill and enjoy.
