SPICY SPUD DOUGHNUTS 
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. canned milk
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix the flour, salt, cinnamon and brown sugar. Add the eggs, potatoes, canned milk and melted butter. Roll 1/4 inch thick; cut into doughnuts and fry in hot oil until browned. Glaze or roll in powdered sugar.
