POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter (save half for top)
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together except reserved butter and bread crumbs. Put in well greased casserole, sprinkle top with crumbs and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
