POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, sharp
1 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients together except potatoes and crumbs (flakes). When mixed, add potatoes and place in 9 x 13 greased pan.

Sprinkle crumbs on top and dribble small amount of melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
