EASY PORK CHOPS 
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onions
4-5 lean pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
Salt & pepper

Place rice in 6 x 9 inch casserole. Sprinkle half onions on top of rice with salt and pepper. Place chops on top of rice, add remaining onions. Mix soup and water; pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour adding water if necessary. Serves 4.
