DEER TACOS | |
1 1/2 lbs. deer burger 1 can refried beans 1 tbsp. taco seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese Shredded lettuce Chopped tomato Ripe olives (sliced, optional) Sour cream (optional) 2 boxes taco shells (24) Taco sauce or salsa Cook deer burger in skillet until done, drain. Stir in taco seasoning, salt and refried beans until combined. Spoon mixture into taco shells carefully. Stand shells, open side up, in 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven until shells are hot (about 10 minutes). Place toppings in bowls so individuals can top as desired. |
