EASY DUCK ALA ORANGE 
2 wild ducks
4 strips bacon
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. dark brown sugar
Grated rind of 1 orange

Put ducks in crock pot. Spread bacon strips over them. Mix bouillon, juice, rind and sugar. Pour over duck. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Pour juice in pan. Remove duck from bone. Thicken juice with 4 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water. Simmer until thick. Add meat.
