PINEAPPLE CAKE 
Cake:

1 butter cake mix
1 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. oil
4 eggs; beaten

Mix dry cake mix, crushed pineapple, oil, and eggs together with a whisk NOT A MIXER.

Bake in 9x13 inch pan for approximately 35 minutes at 350°F. Let cake cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:

1 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 6 oz. serving vanilla instant pudding mix
1 8 oz. tub of cool whip

Mix together with a whisk, instant vanilla pudding mix dry, and crushed pineapple. Fold in cool whip and spread over cake. Keep cake in refrigerator.
