RAW BROCCOLI SALAD 
1-2 heads broccoli (cut into sm. heads)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey (or sugar)
1 sm. red onion, diced
Toasted almonds ("nuke" in microwave for 1 minute to toast)
1/2 c. raisins (or to taste)

Simply mix all together. This is great for a luncheon to accompany chicken or fish dishes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
