Pepperoni Cups 
1 can Pillsbury biscuits
1 tsp. basil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
3 oz. shredded orange cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 pepperoni stick, finely chopped

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Separate each biscuit into thirds and press into small cupcake tins.

3. Mix all other ingredients.

4. Spoon mixture into each biscuit shell.

Bake 10-15 minutes.
