FRESH PEACH PIE | |
3 c. fresh peaches, sliced 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. water 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 pie shell Combine peaches, sugar and lemon juice; let stand 1 hour. Drain off juice into 1 cup of liquid and put in saucepan with butter and cornstarch, cook until thickened. Cool and stir in peaches, put in pie shell and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Cool. |
