SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
1 bag spinach
8 oz. bean sprouts
Bacon crumbles
4 hard boiled eggs
8 oz. can water chestnuts
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Several slices red onion

DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wash and drain spinach. Combine all salad ingredients. Make dressing ahead of time and shake well before serving. This is the salad lover's delight.
