CHOCOLATE WALNUT PUFFS 
1 c. (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Melt chocolate over warm water. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in melted chocolate and walnuts. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
