CHURCH SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. shredded longhorn cheese
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. can pineapple, crushed

Dissolve the Jello in water; add salt, vinegar, and pineapple. Let sit until partially set. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on package. Add Jello mixture and beat together, fold in cheese.
