SPINACH RICE 
1 can chicken mushroom soup
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed/drained
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. sauteed onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped pimento for garnish

In 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine all ingredients, except pimento. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir before serving. Garnish with pimento, as desired.
