FAT FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. corn starch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo (light or dark) Corn Syrup

Preheat oven 350. Spray 9" square baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl until well mixed. In medium bowl whisk egg whites, water and syrup. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes, or until cake springs when lightly touched. Cool on wire back 10 minutes.
