FAT FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. Argo cornstarch
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. light or dark Karo syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9" square pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients. Whisk egg whites in medium bowl with water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
