CHICKEN BLT SALAD 
2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked
6 c. chopped variety of lettuce & greens
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions or 1 c. chopped onion (green)
6 slices bacon

Cook chicken, drain and shred or chop chicken in large bowl. Cut greens with kitchen sheers into bowl. Use cherry tomatoes, cut in half or regular tomatoes quartered and chopped in medium pieces. Add chopped onion (may use more or less amounts). Microwave or fry bacon very crisp and crumble over top of salad. Use dressing from broccoli salad!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
