BLT SALAD 
1 lb. bacon, saute until crisp, drain & crumble
1 med. size romaine, broken into bite-size pieces
Option: can be mixed with iceberg lettuce
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch broccoli (2 lb.) trim outer leaves, use flowerets
1 sm. red onion, sliced

Layer in straight-sided glass salad bowl.

Combine: 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. sugar

Spread over salad; cover, chill overnight. Reserve a tomato, floweret and some red onion for garnish. Add just before serving. Toss lightly at table to coat

This recipe is missing about 2/3 cup of mayonnaise added to Parmesan cheese and the sugar. I have even added about tablespoon of vinegar to this mixture. Recipe overall is amazing. You will come back for more.
