1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Pat into ungreased cookie sheet, about 1/4 inch thick. Make crisscross fork prints. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool and cut into squares like fudge.
