SPAGHETTI IN BROCCOLI CHEESE
SAUCE
 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 3/4 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, uncooked

In medium saucepan melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually blend in milk, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese and broccoli. Meanwhile cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. Toss cheese mixture with hot cooked spaghetti.
