HOT PEPPER JELLY 
5 lb. sugar
3 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup jalapenos peppers, chopped fine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup red bell peppers, chopped fine
1 cup green bell peppers, chopped fine
2 pkgs. fructose

Boil for 2 minutes. Add 2 packages of fructose. Wait for 10 minutes. Fill hot boiled jars with jelly and seal.
