JELLIED HOT PEPPERS 
1 c. chopped hot peppers
1 c. bell peppers
1 c. sweet onions
1 c. white vinegar
6 c. granulated sugar

Pulverize in blender the first 4 ingredients. Add sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from burner and add 1 package or bottle of Sure-Jell or Certo. Set back on stove and boil for 1 minute.

Have small jars sterilized. Pour mixture into hot jars and seal. This hot jellied relish is good with meats and vegetables. Also, give it a try on crackers for snacks.
