DIRT DELIGHT 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, melted
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies and add butter. Pat 3/4 of crumbs into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve the rest for topping.

Combine pudding and milk; set aside. Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese, add pudding and Cool Whip. Pour on top of crust and sprinkle on remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
