TOPPS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2-3 carrots
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (I use bouillon packets included)
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. water

Brown and drain ground beef. Clean and cut carrots into circles. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat until noodles/carrots are tender.
