SCALLOPS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. scallops

In a large skillet heat butter, salt, pepper and paprika until bubbling hot. Add onion, drop in enough scallops to cover bottom of skillet saute over high heat, tossing occasionally 5 to 7 minutes or until golden; remove to heated platter. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
